You agree that 5DJ.com may, at its sole discretion, deny You access to the site and disable any user name and password associated with You for any reason, including, without limitation, if 5DJ.com believes that You have violated or acted inconsistently with the letter or spirit of this agreement. 5DJ.com reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the services offered under this site (or any part thereof) with or without notice. You agree that 5DJ.com shall not be liable to You or to any third party for any modification, suspension or discontinuance of the services offered under this site.
